The story was already unfolding. We just bottled it.
Three harvests ago, Brian bought Emma grapes.
Emma has long believed that the winemaker’s job wasn’t to make wine, but to give the grapes the space to become. The fruit came ready to ferment-with native yeast clinging to its skin, sugar drawn from long summer days, and acid sharpened by cool nights.
With industry experience, wise mentors, and good friends, the rest quietly followed.
Now, finally, the past pours forward.
